RULES

Teams must have a Pokemon from each main tier on their team at all times.

　

Uber Pokemon will count as an OU Pokemon

　

Each Pokemon costs points and teams have a limit of 300 points to fill their roster of 10.

　

Trade/Free Agent Swap Deadline is week 5.

　

Teams can make an unlimited amount of trades until the deadline.

　

Teams will start each season with 6 Swap Tokens and 5 Point Tokens that will indicate the amount of swaps and points available to trade or redeem.

　

Teams can trade Swap Tokens to other teams.

　

Swap Tokens acquired from another team will be gold and can be used to exceed the 2 swaps per week limit by 1.

　

Once all Swap tokens have been used that team can no longer make free agent swaps, whether the deadline has passed or not.

　

Each Pokemon on a teams final roster must have been brought to at least 2 battles.

Pokemon that don't meet this requirement will cost the team 3+/- points for each game under.

If a Pokemon is not brought to any battles a win will be deducted from the season total.

If 2 or more Pokemon fail to meet the 2 battle requirement a win will be deducted from the season total at the following rate:

　

2 Pokemon = 1 Loss

3 Pokemon = 2 Losses

4 Pokemon = 3 Losses

5 Pokemon = 4 Losses

Draft

Teams can now draft Pokémon from any tier any round they want, as long as their final draft complies with the teambuilding rules.

　

Round 1 will be randomized and the following rounds will continue in a snake order.

​

Franchise Pokemon

Teams can 'franchise' a Pokemon that was on their final roster the previous season to their team.

　

Relegated teams can choose a Pokemon from their final roster in the other league, but if that Pokemon was franchised for a team currently in the league the two teams will battle for the rights to franchise that Pokemon using only Pokemon from their final roster.

　

Franchise Pokemon will count as your pick for a specific round based on their point cost:

　

60-50 = 1st Round

45-35 = 3rd Round

30-25 = 5th Round

20-5 = 10th Round

 

Franchise Pokemon cost 5 points more than their listed price.

　

Teams may also franchise a Pokemon from another team's final roster but will have come to an agreement on a trade of assets to obtain the rights to franchise that Pokémon.

　

Teams will be able to use a portion their total points, draft position, and swap tokens to complete trades.

　

If a franchise Pokemon is released or traded from the team that franchised it, that team's salary cap will be reduced by 10 points　for the rest of the season.

　

Uber Pokemon can NOT be franchised.

　

A franchise Pokémon can be traded for another Pokémon that was franchised and neither team will suffer a point reduction.

Showdown Battles

All battles done on Showdown shall be at Level 50 and played in Custom Game(due to the new Baton Pass and Swagger rules.)

​

Baton Pass Clause

Players can now have MORE THAN ONE Pokemon with the move Baton Pass. Furthermore, a Pokemon cannot have Baton Pass while also a move/ability that boosts Speed and a move that boosts another stat.

​

Sleep Clause

If a player has already put a Pokemon on his/her opponent's side to sleep and it is still sleeping, another one can't be put to sleep. If a Pokemon breaks the Sleep Clause, that Pokemon shall be sacked immediately without landing another damaging move or health reducing status.

​

Evasion Clause

A Pokemon may not have either Double Team or Minimize in its moveset.

​

OHKO Clause

A Pokemon may not have the moves Fissure, Guillotine, Horn Drill, or Sheer Cold in its moveset.

​

Moody Clause

A team cannot have a Pokemon with the ability Moody.

​

Endless Battle Clause

Players cannot use any moveset on any Pokemon capable of intentionally causing an endless battle.

A Pokemon may not carry Recycle and hold a Leppa Berry in conjunction with Heal Pulse and Milk Drink, Moonlight, Morning Sun, Recover, Roost, Slack Off, Soft-Boiled, or Wish. Furthermore, the combinations of Leppa Berry and Recycle with Pain Split or Fling are also illegal.

Swagger Clause

Swagger Clause is no longer in effect.

All mega Pokemon besides Latias, Latios, Garchomp, Scizor, and Tyranitar have their non mega form available separately. Acquiring the mega will allow access to both forms at will.
